Jerk Box Weightlifting (Wooden)

Jerk box are a must to master the art of jerk without having to clean the weight on each rep. Thus, we are proud to introduce the ATE Wooden Jerk Box which help you focus on your jerk by performing multiple reps from the same height without the bar touching the ground.

The multiple height option enables you to train your second or third pull and eventually convert into a full clean or snatch. The ATE Jerk box comes in 4 sizes 15″, 12″, 6″ and 2.25″ and are precision cut with highly advance CNC cutters to ensure a snug finish with no wobble when stacked on top of each other. The multiple height options enables other lifting movements such as partial deadlifts, clean/jerk, box jumps, step up etc.

The box is made out of 18mm thick Russian birch plywood and the interior is made out of solid rectangular support structure for increased stability and durability. The raised structure helps prevent the weight from rolling off and is strategically placed at the top to fit into the bottom of the other box. The faces are marked with the height for easy understanding. The box comes as fully assembled.
