ATE is an Indian family business that makes gym, Hyrox and athletics equipment in its own factory in Meerut.
Since 2004, we have been building barbells, plates, racks, rigs, cardio machines and field equipment that hold up to serious training, at a price Indian athletes and gyms can actually afford.We don't just sell equipment. We make it.
ATE started in 2004 in Meerut, a city that has made sports goods for India for decades. Our goal was simple: build equipment in India that is as good as the imported brands, and price it so more people can train on it.
Every barbell, rack, plate, discus and hurdle we sell is made in our own factory. Our team cuts, machines, welds and finishes each piece in-house. So when something leaves our floor, we know exactly how it was made and who checked it.
Today our customers include national-level weightlifters and throwers, CrossFit boxes, Hyrox gyms, schools, colleges and people building a serious setup at home.

Long before ATE had a name, the Anand family was making sports goods by hand. This is how a small workshop became a full manufacturing house.
Mr. Balraj Anand
Started a small shuttlecock workshop and made everything by hand. He set the rule the family still follows: make it better than people expect.
Mr. Adarsh Anand
Moved to India and started over from scratch. He built his own athletics equipment business and carried the family craft into a new country.
Mr. Himanshu Anand
Founded ATE to make international-standard gym and athletics gear in India, and grew it into a full factory in Meerut with more than 100 craftspeople.
The next generation
The fourth generation now works alongside Mr. Himanshu, taking ATE into strength training, Hyrox and premium home gyms with the same care for quality.

Almost all of the work happens under one roof in Udyogpuram, Meerut. Every product follows the same path.
- Design We start from the official specs, whether IWF, IPF or World Athletics, and plan the build around them.
- Cut & machine Raw steel is cut, turned and machined to size on our own machines.
- Weld & finish Our welders assemble each frame and apply coatings that hold up to chalk, sweat and drops.
- Check Weight, size and finish are checked at every stage, not just at the end.
- Pack & ship Everything is packed securely and delivered across India, with support from people who know the product.

Is ATE equipment really made in India?
Yes. We make our gym, Hyrox and athletics equipment in our own factory in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. We don't import products and rebrand them.
Is ATE equipment good for Hyrox and high-intensity training?
Yes. Our sleds, air rowers, ski ergs, wall balls, kettlebells, rigs and bumper plates are built for Hyrox prep, CrossFit and high-intensity classes, where equipment is used hard all day.
