How our warranties work. All ATE warranties cover manufacturing defects and exclude normal wear and tear, misuse or improper installation. Barbell bend warranties apply only when used with authentic ATE plates and platforms. For full claim steps, see our Return & Replacement Policy.
To raise a claim, email support@ateonlineshop.com within the applicable period with your order details and photos/video of the issue.
