The Buffalo Bar

The ATE Buffalo bar is 7.8ft/2380MM long having a shaft diameter of 32mm and weighs 21kgs. The bar shaft is finished in black oxide finish with 1.5MM Diamond Knurl which is highly recommended for all lifting facilities. It is a staple for those squatting and bench pressing, correctly, safely, and efficiently. The sleeves are Hard Chrome to protect from oxidation and wear due to loading/unloading of the plates.

The camber in the bufallo bar reduces strain on the bicep and allows increased back rigidity while squatting which is incredibly important for strength and injury prevention. It also adds an improved ability to generate core stability due to the reduced mobility demands of the shoulders and maintain neutral back squat rack position.
