  • Shipped from our Meerut factory/warehouse via trusted courier & logistics partners.
  • 8–10 working days from dispatch for prepaid and COD orders.
  • Custom-made orders: manufacturing time varies (confirmed at order), then 8–10 working days from dispatch.
  • Orders above ₹10,000 may require an Aadhaar copy for delivery ID verification.

We ensure timely delivery of your order — once you've placed it, rest assured we'll look after everything. Timely delivery is our utmost priority; however, actual delivery depends on the availability of the goods, your shipping address, and other factors. We've collaborated with top courier and logistics partners to make sure your order reaches you on time. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to reach our customer support.

Purchases are shipped from our factory / warehouse in Meerut by courier / logistics. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order:

Prepaid orders 8–10 working days from dispatch
Cash on Delivery orders 8–10 working days from dispatch
Custom-made orders Variable manufacturing time (confirmed at order) + 8–10 working days from dispatch

🪪 ID verification for orders above ₹10,000

We may ask for a copy of your Aadhaar card if the order value is above ₹10,000. This is mandatory, as the cargo company requires a copy to verify your ID upon delivery.
