The ATE Birch Plyo Box comes fully assembled with 3 different heights to choose from. The built is robust for carrying out explosive plyometric training, safely and effectively.
The ATE Plyometric jump box is made out of top-grade 18mm thick Russian Birch wood ply with interior support panels which increases durability.
The Box is quite versatile and can be flipped over to any of the three heights which makes it an ideal choice for jumps, burpee's, elevated pushups, one arm row etc.
All the sides are marked with the height to make it easy to understand while rotating.
Comes fully assembled, installation is not required.
