ATE Black Bumper Plates 3.0 (Natural Rubber, IWF Spec)
The ATE Black Bumper Plates 3.0 are an improved version over the previous 2.0 generation. These new bumper plates have low bounce and great impact absorption thanks to their construction from very high-quality natural rubber.
The ATE Black Bumper Plates are manufactured to IWF standard specification — 450mm in diameter with a 50.4mm collar opening and a hardened stainless steel insert that increases the durability of your bumpers and keeps your plates firmly in place even during intense training.
The design includes thicker raised flanges around the edge that help to firmly grip the plates. The thin profile also lets you load more plates on the barbell.

Raised Side FlangesThe raised side flanges keep the centre insert from contacting the ground. Plates only touch on the outer flanges when loaded or stored, reducing wear and protecting the plate lettering.
Hardened Stainless Steel InsertA hardened stainless steel insert is CNC-machined to a precise 50.4mm bore for a snug fit on the barbell sleeves, reducing wiggle during lifts. The insert is quench-hardened to prolong the life of your bumpers.
