The ATE pull and jerk boxes are built from sturdy steel tubing and extra bracing in the centre for added durability. The robust design withstands barbell release from overhead, and the boxes are rubber lined to minimise impact and protect equipment. The boxes are designed for developing technique and performing skill work such as jerks and elements of other lifts from a high fixed height.
