Why Choose This Reverse Hyper Machine?
Relieve Lower Back Tightness & Build Posterior Chain Strength
This reverse hyper machine is expertly engineered to strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back while simultaneously helping to decompress the spine. Commonly used in physical therapy and rehabilitation programs, it’s especially effective for individuals with herniated discs, spinal compression, or chronic lower back pain.
What sets this machine apart is its dual-action benefit—it strengthens the posterior chain muscles while relieving pressure on the spine. This makes it ideal for daily use with light weights to manage lower back tightness, as well as for more intense strength training sessions with heavier loads.
Premium Features of the ATE Reverse Hyper Machine:

Great bio-mechanics and robust construction ensures long life for the machine.

Can be used for back, Glutes, Hamstrings and Hips workouts.

Heavy duty construction - The entire unit weighs 125kg and occupies a footprint of 1305 x 1100mm, standing at a height of 1225mm.
How It Works:
The machine operates through a simple and effective lever-arm mechanism. Olympic weight plates can be loaded onto stainless steel horns, which are compatible with all standard plates. A padded belt loops around the user’s feet, enabling a smooth and full range of motion during the swinging movement. As the user lowers their legs, the machine gently decompresses the spine. As the legs are raised, the glutes, hamstrings, and spinal erectors are activated and strengthened, making it a highly efficient tool for both rehabilitation and strength building.
Strength & Rehabilitation Benefits:
The reverse hyper provides active decompression of the spine during the downward phase of the movement, which helps relieve pressure and improve blood circulation. This internal pumping action supports the replenishment of spinal fluid and enhances recovery. By gently stretching the spine and activating the posterior chain, the machine is effective not only for rehabilitation from injury but also for building long-term strength in the lower back, hips, and hamstrings.
Construction & Design:
Built for durability and comfort, the machine features a heavy-duty frame constructed from 75 x 75mm steel tubing, reinforced with 6mm thick support plates. The chest pad is generously sized at 945 x 520mm and includes 130mm thick cushioning for maximum comfort during use. The entire unit weighs 125kg and occupies a footprint of 1305 x 1100mm, standing at a height of 1225mm.
The handles are rubber-coated with a 28mm diameter grip and can be adjusted using a pin-lock mechanism. These handles are mounted on 8mm thick support plates lined with UHMW plastic to ensure smooth and secure adjustability. This design makes the machine suitable for users of all sizes and experience levels.
Warranty Information: The ATE Reverse Hyper Machine comes with a 10-year structural warranty, 5 year warranty on pulleys and 6 Months on Cables & Upholstery (subject to usage and wear)
