Both isolate the arms and are the same 10 kg, 4 ft length with Olympic sleeves. The straight bar has a fully straight shaft for a traditional, wider grip on curls and presses; the EZ curl bar has a curved/zig-zag shaft that angles the wrists to reduce wrist and elbow strain. Choose the straight bar for a classic grip, the EZ bar for joint comfort.
What is the difference between the 4ft and 5ft straight bars?
