Weighing 36kg, the sled offers excellent stability and resistance on its own and includes a 50mm centre-mounted weight horn over a reinforced base plate. It is fully compatible with Olympic standard weight plates (50–51mm collar opening), allowing progressive load increases for advanced strength training.
