1. Durable Construction: Crafted from robust 3×3″ 11-gauge CR steel (3mm thick) with 4 post uprights, 4 cross-members and a bolt-together cage structure for exceptional toughness, finished with a 7-tank powder coating.
2. Enhanced J-Cups & Spotter Arms: 12mm steel J-cups and 12mm steel spotter arms handle maximum lifting weights, with 5mm UHMW plastic liner on all sides to protect your bar's knurl and finish and prevent scratches on the uprights.
3. Precision Laser-Cut Holes & Westside Spacing: Westside hole spacing maximises height adjustability and benching comfort, while 2″ squat-area spacing lets you pick the perfect squat height without jumping to rack the bar.

Does it need to be bolted to the floor?
No. It's stable enough to use freestanding (the 454kg test was done unbolted), but the base plates include a ground-bolting option for maximum stability, which also raises the capacity to 750kg. The choice is yours based on your space and loads.
