1. Durable Construction: Crafted from robust 3×3″ 11-gauge CR steel (3mm thick) with 6 post uprights, 8 cross-members and a bolt-together cage structure for exceptional toughness, finished with a 7-tank powder coating.
2. Enhanced J-Cups & Spotter Arms: 12mm steel J-cups and 12mm steel spotter arms with 5mm UHMW plastic liner on all sides, protecting your bar's knurl and finish and preventing scratches on the uprights.
3. Precision Laser-Cut Holes & Westside Spacing: Westside hole spacing maximises height adjustability and benching comfort, while 2″ squat-area spacing lets you pick the perfect squat height without jumping to rack the bar.
4. Versatile & Upgradeable: A ground-bolting option adds stability, and numerous laser-cut holes accept attachments — parallel-bar dip, lat/low row, safety straps, multi-grip pull-up bars and plate storage.
5. Two Pull-Up Bars: The 6-Post comes complete with 2 x 32mm pull-up bars, enabling pull-ups, muscle-ups and more from either end.

What is the difference between the 4-Post and 6-Post Rhino Power Rack V3?
The 6-Post adds two extra uprights and four extra cross-members behind the main cage, creating a 41"+24" deep footprint. This adds rigidity, a second 32mm pull-up bar and storage for up to 8 weight horns. Choose it if you want maximum attachment versatility and plate storage in one freestanding unit.
Does the Rhino 6-Post Power Rack need to be bolted to the floor?
No. The wide 77" x 51" footprint and rear extension make it stable enough to handle heavy lifts freestanding. You can still bolt the base plates to the floor for added security if you prefer.
What is the weight capacity of the 6-Post Rhino Power Rack V3?
It is rated for a 454kg dynamic load, tested without floor bolting. Bolting the base plates down increases capacity further.
Are J-cups and spotter arms included?
Yes. The 6-Post ships with 12mm steel J-cups and 12mm steel spotter arms, both lined with 5mm UHMW plastic on all sides to protect your barbell and the uprights.
Can I upgrade my existing 4-Post rack to a 6-Post?
Yes. Rhino racks are modular and share parts across models, so a 6-post extension kit can be added to a 4-Post rack later as your facility grows.
